Dear Team,

I wanted to say a big thank you for our gazebo, which arrived 28th Sept and we put up on the 29th.

We are really delighted with the quality of the building and the inside of the roof is really beautiful. It has made a great addition to our garden. We've fitted removable perspex 'windows over the 2 'windows' and the slated sides, which keeps it warmer in the cool months, fitted a pendant light/heater from the central roof wood, sealed some of the joints to stop leaks with transparent sealant and painted the exterior green.

The hexagonal table and 3 benches are absolutely perfect.

It took quite a lot of skill to interpret the instructions, sort the screws and carefully build it, but it was good to do the job ourselves and we have got a lot of satisfaction from it.

I ordered a gazebo on 30th June, but it took until the end ofAugust to arrive....my only Gripe!
When it didarrive, Sydney, the delivery guy, was lovely and helpful and helped us to carry all the pieces round the back of the house into the garden.
We had to delay the big erection due to a few showers. Having a severely disabled son to care for, we only had a few hours every afternoon to dedicate to the build, whilst he took his afternoon nap! However, as it was my project, I followed all the instructions and wielded the screwdriver. My husband held the ladders and passed me the heavy pieces! It went up like a dream. We did it over five afternoons and it now sits proudly in the corner of the garden, ready for our son's wheelchair to fit in so he can enjoy the garden in the shade.
The pieces were well made and the only difficulty we came across was fitting the last two back panels. We loosened the screws on two of the uprights and used the flat end of a crow bar to help lodge the panels into place before screwing them in. Every panel fitted perfectly and left no gaps, other than the sills on the slatted sides...a half cm gap one end, but I don't see that as a problem in the grand scheme of things!
The only thing I'd change is the length of the screws to put on the pieces of wood between the roof panels. I went and bought a few slightly longer screws which made me feel the pieces were more securely attached.
I am a 62 year old woman with no flat pack experience.....and I did a fantastic job ( even though I do say so myself!). The gazebo is sturdy, well made and a perfect size. For just under £1000 I feel we have a beautiful building in the corner of the garden.
We highly recommend this company and the quality of the building.

I ordered the Log Cabin Shed 232. Delivery took about 5 Weeks due to covid and the lockdown. Driver helped carry the parts into my back garden. All parts were in good condition, but some parts were missing. Customer services were very helpful and sent the missing parts by courier within a few days. Instructions were clear and all parts fitted together perfectly. This is a top quality product and I'm very pleased with my new shed (see photo). I can highly recommend this company.

We waited some time for the gazebo to come back into stock but the date given was spot on, we were contacted throughout and it was delivered on time in a very secure palette, the gazebo was of very good quality and all items were present.
I struggled a bit to build this gazebo on my own and would definitely recommend two people to complete the build.
Instructions were adequate and the end result was very good, the service overall was first class and I would use them again in the future.

I would rate the wooden gazebo 087 purchased through yourselves with 5 star. Good quality, and easy to build -- excellent! Only 1 slight negative comment would be to make each roof section about 2mm wider which I believe would ensure there are no small gaps between each section when in place against each roof timber.

The frame delivery was a 'walk in the park' – just needing a helping lift from me! I have checked the glass and all appears intact.

I now look forward to building a framework – I enjoy a challenge but who knows -may just have to take you up on your offers of further support!!

I spent a long time scouring the internet for a good quality and reasonably-priced pent bike shed and your shed stood out in every way. Simple to order - and customise how I wanted the shed and given the national demand for sheds and timber as a result of the Covid lockdown the estimated delivery date was better than most companies.

Within a week or so of ordering I was personally telephone to advise of the date of delivery, which very much helped with planning.

The shed arrived on the morning of the identified delivery date and was very securely and compactly packaged on a pallet. The instructions made the unpacking very easy by following the safety advice ... you definitely should have a second person to help you.

When I laid out and checked the components against the inventory in the guide I was hugely impressed with the quality of the timber, the build and the design. However I did note that my kit contained two identical gables when this should have been a handed pair. I contacted them just before 4pm on the delivery day (Thursday) and sent them a photo of the two identical gables in my order. The company responded to the email within minutes and assured me that they would resolve the issue as soon as possible. I was astounded to receive the correct component by courier by midday the next day!! This was fantastic service and meant that by getting the part to me on a Friday I could still go ahead and construct the shed over the weekend.

It doesn't matter to me that there was an error in my delivery - what matters is how the company responsible responds and resolves the issue. I cannot praise them enough for the speed and manner in which they put this right, including emails and a personal call. Just brilliant!

The price of the shed I purchased was comparable to many other similar sized and designed sheds on the market. However careful research showed that so many competitors were vastly inferior in terms of build and materials. I am delighted with my shed and the service from Summer Garden Buildings. I would absolutely recommend them to all and commend them for their determination to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you!

They went the extra mile
I can only say great things about this company. They were the only place i could find who still delivers in reasonable time in the pandemic.
The prices were very reasonable and I've got more for my money than other places (powder coated, base plinth as basic, 2 roof windows) I talked with them on a phone first if products are available, than I've ordered from the website.
They called me after talked me through about the delivery process and explained everything. Also sent email with more depth information. The delivery guy texted me 10mins before he's arrived. Everything was really secure on a pallet. The assembly instructions was clear, but still took 2 of us a day to built.
The quality is great and sturdy. Very pleased with it. Highly recommended 😊

We received the gazebo we ordered on Wednesday. It arrived as planned with a very pleasant driver. I got our local joiner to assist and we had it erected in 6 hrs despite the rain. It all went together quite easily. The only thing I would mention is that it might be an idea to pre-attach the small triangles for the top of the roof to the trimming strips as this makes it much easier to install them.
We are very pleased with the finished product. It's very well made and looks great. I would certainly be happy to recommend your company to others.

Gazebo arrived safely on Wednesday and I have managed to put it up today.
I have to say it looks great, thought it was to be brown/beige but it arrived Grey which was a real bonus.
Great product, great price...just wish I had the space to fit one in MY garden as I would not hesitate to buy one.

Arrived Monday morning nice and early so we got on with painting the big bits. Up yesterday - husband and workmate managed to put together in just under 4hrs.

Just wanted to thank you firstly for the safe delivery of our second gazebo from you. We are very much looking forward to having it built by our landscapers a little later in the week, as we have missed the first one we bought from you, which we had to leave at our previous house.

We have not unpacked the pallet until nearer the time the gazebo is going to be built so, so far, we have separately found the advice on wood and the instructions on how to build the base. And our free gift of lights, thank you. Please remind me, will we find the instructions on how to build the gazebo buried deep within the pallet? Otherwise, can I please be emailed a set of instructions, as it's a different person doing the build than previously, and we didn't pay enough attention to the build side last time! Or are they on the website, and I just haven't found them yet?

Thank you so much again - we are really looking forward to the increased privacy and shade our new gazebo will bring!

Ay up. After the desperate call yesterday me and my mate made a start yesterday on my 090 greenhouse. We had been going round in circles for two hours before we rang. We got it, and so today cracked on easily by myself.

What flummoxed us was the apparently ill fitting components building the front frame.

Knowing what I know now ....

1) Start easy and do the back assembly first. I loosely .... aaaagh

You coould do a you tube offering. Start with the back which is straight forward. Forget measuring 1179mm and frightening people. Fit the uprights to the cill loosely. Prepare the panels. Slosh some fairy liquid in. Bingo. Straightforward progress, a good start.

I am a retired and qualified decorator. I have a degree in education. I taught apprentice decorators in Keighley for 15 years. I left before getting sacked for trying to make the NVQ paperwork vaguely understandable to the poor lads and lasses who wanted to be painters, not filing clerks.

Teaching for me was about the straightforward passing on of what I know to someone who might want to know, not about being the great I Am. It was nearly 20 years ago when I gave that up. I ran a little decorating business in Ilkley till retiring here in Lincoln appen 9 years ago.

The back panel is done, the general principle grasped, screwing and bolting (eeeh when I was a lad

It might just be me and my mate who found your instructions difficult to follow. Are we looking at the front of the greenhouse from inside or outside? We were confused.

I'm not touting for a film role, nor blagging your instructions.

After a few false starts, anquish about spending £500, (i am from Yorkshire), initial struggles to translate the plans to the job in hand.

The end result is fantastic, bang on. The panels slide in, the screw holes line up etc etc but the process is not easy.

I would ...

None of my business really so I'll shut up.

The greenhouse will be bang on when finished no doubt.
