Summary:
This high quality outdoor pizza oven is sure to impress, even before switching it on. Featuring a stylish two tone mix of durable stainless and black powder coated steel, this modern alfresco appliance is both versatile and practical. Inside the oven is a large cooking area containing two cooking racks with heat resistant handles and a food-safe pizza stone. A gas burner and halogen cooking light provide the heat, allowing you to grill, bake or roast your food of choice as required. A woodchip smoker is also provided for the option of added flavour infusion. The simple push button electronic ignition and single temperature control knob are intuitive and easy to use. To the front of the oven is a large viewing window which allows you to see your food cooking without the need to open the door and lose any heat that has built up. Combined with the integrated temperature gauge built into the window, this provides more control and better results. To either side of the oven are collapsible preparation shelves which fold away when not in use for more compact storage. A sliding utensil drawer provides storage for those useful cooking items. Castor wheels are included as standard which are lockable once the oven is in position for added stability. Fixings and instructions are supplied for DIY self assembly. For even greater durability, a dedicated full length weatherproof protective cover is available as an option.
