How long do I have to wait before delivery?

• The delivery lead time is specified on every product page under the Delivery heading.

Do you offer express delivery or next day delivery?

• Many of our products include next day delivery or express delivery within 3 days.
• Look for products with a Next Day Delivery or 1-3 Day Delivery tag.
• The normal delivery area includes all mainland addresses in England, Wales and Southern Scotland.
• Delivery is within 3-5 days in northern Scotland and offshore islands.

• Low cost local base layers are available in many areas, with fitted buildings only.

How do I avoid missing out on special offers?

• Prices marked as "Last few" apply while stocks last with no closing date. You should buy these products without delay to avoid disappointment.
• Many other prices are fixed for at least a few days with a closing date. With these products you can continue to shop around with confidence up to the closing date.
• You can normally delay delivery until you are ready.

• We are open 7 days a week, Monday-Saturday 9.00-5.30, Sunday 10.30-4.30, Bank Holidays 9.00-5.30.
