I enclose my cheque for �491.15 in payment of your invoice. All installation work was carried out efficiently and your fitters were very orderly and businesslike. Pity about the broken window unit � perhaps you could give me a ring when they are ready to replace it.
The thing that surprised me most of all was how little �making good� I had to do. In expectation of a fair amount of repair work I bought a large pack of Polyfilla but over the 10 windows I had a job to use just half a cupful in filling in the odd crack or chip! A very efficient job all round.
The credit note is currently being prepared and will be sent to you direct from (NAME) in the next day or so.
I'm on holiday for the next two weeks but I'll be at home in the evenings, so if you want to ring regarding the replacement glass unit please do so and we'll arrange to be in when your fitter calls.
