Better quality than other playhouses at similar prices, with more features including fully interlocked boarding, continuous door hinge, safety glazing and other safety features. Four joinery windows, two opening and two non-opening, are included as standard, along with two window boxes and artificial window shutters. Tongued & grooved shiplap cladding. Strong planed framework. Single hinged door with safety hinges. The first two pictures show the standard playhouse. The second two pictures show the playhouse though with a third opening window and a third window box, which are no longer available. The fifth picture is an internal view (Taken during construction by removing the side wall). Detailed instructions supplied for easy DIY self assembly.

• All playhouses include immersion treatment in light brown preservative. Further treatment is recommended soon after installation. The picture shows what may be achieved using coloured preservatives.

  SAFETY FIRST: We take care to ensure that our wooden playhouses are as safe as practically possible and strong enough to withstand normal play. Door hinges include a gap large enough to prevent trapping a child's finger as the door closes. Doors are non locking and easily opened with little force. Screws and nails are recessed into the wood with no points or sharp edges protruding. Doors and windows are glazed with perspex safety glazing. No decorative lead is applied to the glazing. The loft area is strong enough to support the weight of several children. The ladder width and rung spacing ensures safe and comfortable use. The safety balustrade is strong enough to withstand children falling against it with gaps narrow enough to prevent a child falling through. The preservative used complies with BS5665/EN71 part 3.

  LENGTH AND WIDTH: In the SIZES & PRICES chart the first dimension listed is the width and the second dimension is the length. The width refers to the angled gable wall. All sizes quoted are the external playhouse sizes unless stated otherwise.
