The projection of the side wall can be up to 13'1" (4.0m). The length of the front wall can be up to 34'5" (10.5m). These top of the range gazebos feature substantial 5"x5" posts (120x120mm) and superb quality joinery balustrades fitted around the perimeter. You can choose the entrance in the front or in the side to suit your individual requirements. The roof is made from attractive tongued and grooved boards and includes a top quality, durable and low maintenance one piece EPDM rubber roof surface. A heavy duty timber floor is available as an option. These luxury gazebos are ideal for use as a hot tub cover or smoking shelter. Detailed instructions are supplied for easy DIY self assembly. The pictures show the standard 13'1"x19'8" gazebo with entrance to the front and with optional decorative bases for the posts (4.0x6.0m).

FREE CRANE OFFLOAD: The delivery lorry normally includes a crane to unload your log cabin quickly and easily without assistance. There is normally one pack which is unloaded on the drive or verge at the front of your property. Pack sizes vary from around 3.0m long for a small cabin to 5.5m long for a larger cabin. The packs are polythene wrapped and securely strapped while in transit but after the pack is opened the individual components are easy to carry. The wall logs can be carried one or two at a time and all packages are designed to pass through a normal single door.

ONE PIECE EPDM ROOF: An EPDM rubber membrane is made in one piece to the size of your roof with no joins. It is easily fitted within a few minutes at normal temperatures with no heat required. EPDM rubber is completely inert and UV stable. It never perishes and it will not crack. EPDM rubber lasts for years with little or no maintenance. EPDM rubber roofing has been in use for over 40 years from Alaska to the Middle East. Even in extreme weather conditions EPDM remains flexible and it will stretch to absorb any movement as timber expands and contracts with the seasons.

LENGTH AND WIDTH: In the SIZES & PRICES chart the first dimension listed is the projection and the second dimension is the length. The projection is measured from the existing building. The length refers to the front wall. All sizes quoted are the external gazebo sizes and do not include any roof overhang, unless stated otherwise.
