Size 12'10" wide x 11'11" deep (3900mm x 3620mm). Height 8'3" (2525mm). All timber is pressure treated for longer life. Pressure treatment is a lifetime preservative treatment. The awning is fully retractable and features beige coloured showerproof polyester. The awning is easily removed for winter storage. The substantial ex 4" x 4" timber support posts are 9' long to provide ample headroom. The roof timbers are ex 4" x 2" beams. All necessary corner braces and timber fixings are supplied. Detailed instructions are supplied for easy DIY self assembly.
